An Australian Marketing Agency: Cutting Content Creation From 15 to 20 Hours to Two Hours per Client

An Australian marketing agency replaced manual content research and writing with a six-agent AI content system. Monthly creation time per client fell from 15 to 20 hours to two.

Timeline: Six-week deployment roadmap

  • 15-20 hours to 2 hours Content creation time per client
  • 85% Time saved
  • 3x Client capacity with no new hires
  • 2x Document output (200% ROI)

The problem

Manual content creation took 15 to 20 hours per client each month. The agency could not grow without hiring, and the team was stuck in research and revision cycles instead of conversion-focused content. Finding industry news took hours, feedback was fragmented and revisions dragged on for days, every client was handled separately with no central workflow, and quality and brand consistency varied.

  • 15-20 hours of manual content work per client each month
  • Research for industry news and trends was a bottleneck
  • Revision cycles with fragmented feedback took days
  • Manual processes repeated for every client with no central workflow
  • Inconsistent quality and adherence to brand guidelines

What we built

We built a six-agent content system. A signal agent gathers industry news, trends and competitor content. A topic agent groups that data into themes and picks strong angles. A brand guardian agent checks each idea against the client's guidelines, and a scoring agent rates its engagement potential so only approved ideas move forward. A writer agent then drafts LinkedIn posts, blogs and copy, and an editor agent reviews everything before it is ready to publish.

Tools: Multi-agent AI system (6 agents), Web scraping, Topic clustering

How we ran it

Every engagement follows The Claro Build Framework.

  1. Assess: We reviewed the per-client content process and found research, revision cycles and inconsistent brand adherence consuming most of the hours.
  2. Design: We designed a six-agent workflow with a clear job for each agent, covering research, strategy, brand checks, scoring, writing and editing.
  3. Build: We set up the agents with data scraping and topic clustering, integrated each client's brand guidelines into the content workflow, then tested before full production launch.
  4. Sustain: The team received a handover under The Adoption Standard: a structured 45-minute handover call and documentation written as the system was built.

The result

Content creation time fell from 15 to 20 hours to two hours per client, an 85 per cent time saving, with improved quality and consistency. The agency tripled its client capacity with no new hires, doubled document output and reports a 200 per cent ROI.
