The Adoption Standard
Claro Builds' definition of a complete handover: a structured 45-minute handover call plus documentation written as the system is built, so the client and their key operators know exactly how it works, what to do when something behaves unexpectedly, and what not to touch.
A system handed over without this is not a finished project. The Adoption Standard is the minimum every build is held to before we consider it done. It governs the handover, it is not a substitute for team-wide training, that is what our private workshops are for.
