A US Marketing Agency: Cutting Video Production From 10 to 15 Hours to Under One Hour
A US marketing agency replaced manual video production with a Telegram-triggered AI pipeline for scripting, assets and assembly. Production time fell to under one hour per video.
Timeline: Six-week deployment roadmap
- 10-15 hours to under 1 hour Production time per video
- 90%+ Time saved
The problem
Manual video production took ten to 15 hours per video. The team spent hours scripting, sourcing assets, recording voiceovers and editing. Requests arrived scattered across emails and chats with no standard way to start a job, tools were disconnected, specialised editors were expensive, and brand elements were inconsistent across clients.

What we built
We built a video pipeline that starts with a Telegram bot. The team submits a request by text or voice, and an n8n workflow validates it, rejecting incomplete requests with an error notice. A prompt generation AI writes the script and visual narrative in line with the brand, then AI image generation and AI audio synthesis create visuals and voiceover in parallel. The video is assembled and rendered automatically, uploaded to cloud storage, and the team is notified through Telegram.
Tools: Telegram bot, n8n, AI prompt and script generation, AI image generation, AI audio synthesis, Cloud storage and CDN
How we ran it
Every engagement follows The Claro Build Framework.
- Assess: We mapped the video process from request to delivery and identified scattered requests, disconnected tools and manual production steps as the bottlenecks.
- Design: We designed a single request path through Telegram, validation rules and a pipeline that runs script, image and audio generation before assembly.
- Build: We integrated the bot and set up the AI agents and triggers, built asset generation, assembly and rendering, then tested before full production launch.
- Sustain: Handover followed The Adoption Standard: a structured 45-minute handover call and documentation written as the pipeline was built.
The result
Video production time fell from ten to 15 hours to under one hour per video, a time saving of more than 90 per cent. Brand elements such as tone, fonts and style are now standardised across client accounts, a centralised QA step checks output, and the team can focus on strategy instead of manual production.
